Whelp,
I did the ultimate roof rack no no.
I ran our bikes into one of those poles that shows you your cars clearance.
Ooops!
We were taking my Mother-in-law to the airport to fly home, and so I was in full airport mode. For any of you who fly a lot, you know what I am talking about.
It did’nt brake the bikes, just the rack. It ripped the bikes out of the rack, but they did’nt fall off the car. I was pretty impressed that the racks did’nt get really messed up. They pretty much released the bikes, which was a very very good thing.
I have always hesitated with roof racks for just that reason. So if you have a roof rack, just do’nt forget.
If your worried about it, just get Yakima. They release!
Well, I hope your all going very good today, and your all well!!! I just wanted to share my little blooper with you all, because it’s just too………funny, and stupid!
Hopefully my experience will keep you reminded!

Today is my birthday
It’s been a good day! We have been driving all day, but we have had fun
We stopped in a town called Colorado City today. We have heard soo much crazy stuff about that place that we decided to check it out for ourselfs. Well, the rumors are true, except for one thing. The people are nice.
If you don’t know what I am talking about, I’m sorry. You’ll have to seek it out. It’s just a group of people who believe in something that I just can’t give the ok too, but they are still people who need to be shown kindness.
We tried to stop at the four corners, but it was closed, so now we are going through Durango and then home. We will celebrate my birthday tomorrow.
I actually wanted to take this time today, and celebrate you all! I’m serious! I want to thank all of you for your ecouragement! I hope you all know how much your encouragement helps those who you give it to. Sometimes, our dreams can be overwhelming, but when God sends someone to encourage you along the way, it reminds you of why you chose to follow your dreams.
My dream is to help people, so THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!
Well, that’s all I really wanted to say today, but I thought I would share a couple of the places we went to on the way home from the Sea Otter. So thanks for checking in!
Have an Awesome Weekend!!!

I am officially Mrs Hannah Hannah!
I know this is may be a Huge surprise, but it has been planned for a while. Mick and I were married on March 25 at 4 p.m. in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It was absolutely Beautiful! I want to give credit to the Lord, for making it such a perfect day!!! It was amazing!!!
Our wedding was held in a huge courtyard outside of a really nice Club House, and we had a really good live band that everyone loved dancing to. It was Amazing!!! A dream come true.
I will have pictures posted hopefully soon. You might be able to go to cameracourage.com to check out some photos. Josh was there taking some really good photos. (UPDATE: The pics are at the bottom of this post and in my picture gallery)
We are still on our honeymoon though! It’s been quite fun! We spent 3 days at a Hyatt resort in New Mexico, and now we are on our way to California to train before the Sea Otter Classic! Hopefully we will see some of you there!
We ended up having to go back through Colorado Springs to get our new house all sorted out. So now, we have a place to call home.
Then we went to see Micks mom Hellen who was staying with some of our best friends (the Bangarts). They live in Twin Lakes, CO.
Mick and I were planning to leave for California on Friday after we hung out with everyone, but when we got to the Bangarts house, and they showed us some footage of them riding there snowmobiles. We both looked at each other with these huge grins, and decided to stay an extra day for some sled neck fun!
It was soo Awesome!!! Fresh powder, the sound of reving engines, and to top it off, my awesome Husband along with me!
Mr. Bangart took us to a spot called the whale back which is this really cool natural jump. We all aired off that lip for a while and got used to what if feels like to jump a snowmobile. It is deffinently different. I was also learning how to do correct powder turns on a snowmobile, and due to my lack of body weight, I got ripped off my sled a lot, and managed to smack my face on the handle bars a few times. Thankfully my full face took all the impact. It was pretty funny!
At the end of the day, we were playing on some cornice’s in a high avalanche area, which just adds to the true excitement. Mick’s sled had been acting up a little bit through out the day, and right when we were getting ready to head back, he was heading up to launch this cornice, when all of a sudden his sled just quit trying. He got to the top of the cornice, and his machine started to roll. He bailed, and just kept doing these super man leaps to get away from the giant maching rolling towards him. Mr. Bangart and I just sat and looked at each other when it was over, and we had a little chuckle to ourselfs. It made for a great exit!
Well, you would have thought the fun would have stopped there. Not so!
After coming down this rediculously steep mt., we decided for one last little adventure up a back road. Not long into this little trip, I began to smell something not right coming from one of the machines.
I was following Mick when he just sopped in the middle of the trail looking at his machine. I knew something was wrong. So I stopped right next to him, when he all of a sudden bailed off his machine yelling at me to get away. That’s when I saw the flames leaping out of his machines engine. It was soo crazy!
Then almost as soon as I stopped, Michael jumped on my machine to go catch up to Mr. Bangart, and tell him what happened.
After about 15 minuites of dumping snow on the fried engine, we all had a good laugh about the whole crazyness of the day! It was good times!
Mick and I had to ride my sled back together, but Mick drove, and that was probably the most excitement of the day! He about dumped me off a few times! Ha ha ha! It was soo much fun!!!
When we got back to the house, I just casually walked in to tell the moms that one of the machines just blew up! It was awesome to see there facial reactions. But they ended up laughing a lot about the whole situation!
While we were out riding, Helen and Mrs Bangart got together, and decorated the room Michael and I were staying in. It was no longer a guest room, but now it was a honey moon suite! It was soo COOL!!! They did a really Great job!!!
Michael and I both agreed that this day was the most Romantic and fun day of our honeymoon so far! But we have a whole lifetime together to make more romantic fun days! So keep checking in for more fun and excitement brought to you by the Hannah’s!
We look forward to sharing our experiences with you!
Thanks for checking in with us Everyone!!! Have an Awesome Day!!!

Hey everyone!
Sorry it has been while. I have been soo crazy busy since I got back to the U.S.
I am a new auntie again. My oldest sister had her first son just a few days after I got home!
That was exciting! His name is Kiefer. He is a tall, dark, and handsome little guy.
I just picked Mick up from the airport yesterday. In two and a half weeks, he went to New Zealand, and placed fourth in the Oceana’s, then he went to France for the Cannondale Cut openning. He was only in France for 36hrs, then it was back on the plane for another 22hrs for Australia. I think it was the longest trip ever. For him and for me.
It’s nice to have him back.
I met with my friend Brian Gavigan. He is one of the first pro bmx vert riders! He is still a rippin rider!!! We met the other day, because he is building the box jump I am going to be touring around America with. I’m pretty excited for that to get built!!!
Maybe I will be comming to your town. Just look for the Subaru all decalled up with Gary Fisher stickers, and a big white box jump in tow!!!
Have an Awesome Day Everybody!!!

Ok, so we are not really stranded, but we can’t come back to the U.S. yet.
Not that I hate it here, I love it here. Really!
Micks visa won’t be ready for another few weeks. We were planning on being back in the states by the 12th of Feb. , but that’s all changed. Oh well. We are making the best of our time.
We aren’t in Cairns anymore. We headed to Thredbo (I don’t know how you spell it, but that is how it sounds.) for the Australian national championship race. It is Beautiful there!!!
Michael hurt his ancle really bad a few weeks earlier while riding a dirt bike. So he was having a hard time with the track, because it was soo rough.
But with some pain killer action, he had a really good race………until his chain fell off. How that happens, is a mystery, and will always be a mystery. But still, he came in soo fast. He lost it at the very top of the track, and still managed to pull in a 6.17, and the winning time was 6.6. It was a super peadally course.
Trace won by like 25 seconds.
It was pretty crazy.
Then we stayed in Sydney for a few days with the Australian coach. It’s always a good time there.
Now we are in Scottshead visiting Micks Grandparents and his uncle. It is cool here. They have a little skatepark in there back yard. Seriously. They hold youth camps here, so they have a lot of things going on through out the summer. They are all super cool people.
Well, we are getting ready to go walk to the beach. So you all have a wonderful day, and I will talk to you soon!

Hey guys!
Hope everyones holidays went very well! Mine went Awesome! I’m not sure where they went, but they are not here anymore.
So, if some of you have not seen EARTHED 2, you will not know what I am talking about, so you better go buy it and see what I am talking about. Watch Mick Hannah’s section, and check out all the stunts. Most of the obstacles he rides off of in the movie, are not done the justice. We went down the trail the other day, and OOOHHHH MAN! The drops are scary and huge, one wrong tweek, and your going to be tweeked for a week or so. The lines are rediculously technical. It’s no hucking on these lines. It’s do right the first time, or just don’t do it. IT’S GREAT!!! Cole Bangart is up visiting us, and he and Mick cleaned the place up. It was soo AWESOME to see it up close and personal. They are both amazing riders! Trace did a drop at the beginning of the trail that is not on the video, but it was her first time trying, and she did excellent! It was a very cool day!
There was this lonely little/big rock that Mick climed on top of, and had us hand him his bike. He knows I like steep stuff, so he had me climb up and look at it as he rode off. I climbed up shaking some, with no intensions of riding off this rock, but he handed me my bike, and I didn’t want to back down now. He crawled up very carefully, one wrong twich, and we would both fall off the rock. He counted me down, and I rode off. It took a couple of countdowns, but I did it! It was cool!
When we got to the bottom, we both felt a little sick, so we decided to let David (micks dad) and Darrel (coals dad) take our bikes and ride down. We were using two vehicles to shuttle the run, so I got in the rent-a-car, and Mick drove his dads car and trailer. It was 4 wheel drifting the whole way to the bottom. The roads here are Awesome!!! I have always loved driving passes, and so this was a very good day for me!
I would love to someday race some type of cars! Rally would be sweet!!!
Mick and I went out to hit some jumps for a few hours, then I was going to head to the gym. When we got to the jumps, it started to blow really hard. I had a bailing accident the other day, so I wasn’t too keen on having to bail again. So we tried to find some new jumps hidden in the trees somewhere. They could have been anywhere, but with Micks mountain man gift, we found them in a short time. They were fairly large BMX jumps. Mick cleaned them up, but I think I will practice a bit longer before I go for them.
I was ready to go to the gym. Everybody else was getting ready to go ride a track called Slipperies. I had found out earlier that no body ever comes down there first time on this track without wrecking a few times. I was pretty tired, and figured lifting tired would be better then riding rough dh course tired. Well, so much for that sound judgement. It flew out the window when I found out the gym was closed, and I didn’t want to watch everyone else go have all the fun!
Mmmmmmmm………they weren’t kidding. Only once have I ever been sent over my bars that many times. It was rediculous. I will say and stand on the grounds that Slipperies IS the hardest most tech/slick course you will ever ride in your lifes. You have to go soo slow, and if it is wet at all, YOU ARE OVER!
If you keep picking up speed when you lock up your brakes, you might as well lay it over. Then to top it off, Mick, Cole, and Darrel all went up for a whole day, and put in the longest, slickest, most tech rock garden ever. Once your in, your in. There is no exscaping . It is surrounded by trees. It’s hard to walk up without falling a few times. Sooooooo…….. it’s a cool trail. The absolute most Credible part to this whole story, is that after we went and attempted to dirt jump, Mick decided he wanted to try it on his hard tail. So, I dropped him off, and sure enough, he beat me to the bottom, with only dabbing twice on his way down. I was in AWE after I rode the trial. The day before, they couldn’t even ride it without wrecking on there down hill bikes. How insane is that!!!? That is a VERY VERY GIFTED SOLID RIDER!!! I will forever be impressed by that hard tail action!
We went to the movies the other night to see fun with dick and jane, and I ended up spewing my soda on the group of people in front of me………….quite embarressing, I couldn’t stop laughing though. But it was the funniest movie I have seen in a while.
Well, that is all of my story for now. Stay tuned for more. It’s on ly going to get better and better, and better!

Hey guys,
Went down hilling today on one of Micks favorite trails. It was my first time back on the dh bike since I nocked my head 4 months ago.
I was a little nervous at first, not because of what happened, but because I just don’t ride much down hill.
The first run was pretty sketch, but my 3rd run was really good. Even though I hit a tree, racked myself, and yes that still hurts really bad when your a girl. I pulled a Napolean Dynamite
and I slid out on a loose corner and managed to run to my knees and slide. It was a great time. Ha ha ha!!!!
It was Micks first day on his new Cannon bike. He really likes it! Our friend Cole Bangert was also riding with us, and he was also on a new bike. So it was a big day for all of us.
We stopped at one of Micks hidden spots so Cole could hit this nice step down. He cleaned it first try. Pretty cool!
As soon as we got home, I headed streight to the gym, and now I’m home and ready for bed. We went boxing again, and this time we are not in so much pain. So it’s all good!
Well, I hope everybody reading this is blessed, and having a good holiday vacation, and if not, I hope your having fun on your bikes! Keep it real for yourself, and have fun!!!

Hey Guys!
How is it goin? Hope your holidays are going well, and your having fun.
It’s deffiently been weird having a really really hot Christmas. I have to say, it doesn’t feel much like a holiday for me at the moment. It’s helping me not miss home for Christmas though. I’d say that is a good thing.
I’ve been getting to check out all the riding spots here, and I would say it’s a place to visit sometime. Just not during the hot months! The tracks are really cool, and pretty burly. Deffinently good riding!
They have quite a few skateparks here, and not tons of people around them either. I’d say due to the extreme heat, but when you get out and do active stuff, it gets a little easier every day.
I have been hitting the gym a lot, and Mick has been going with one of his mates everyday too. So being sore is part of our everyday experience. It’s usually not too bad, and I actually enjoy being a little sore from lifting now and then. Well, not today. I have felt soo sore today, that it makes me feel sick. Mick and I went to boxing practice the other day, and I knew it would be hard, but dang, this was crazy. I have been looking for ways to really work into shape, and I know this is deffiently a good way to train. We both woke up this smorning not being able to move our shoulders at all. I can’t raise my arm over my head. I had to have Kat, Micks brothers girlfriend brush my hair this smorning. Maybe one other time have I ever felt like this. It hurts a lot, but It is really funny for everybody else to watch us get around.
Mick is getting his new Cannondale frames soon, and I am going to build up a new frame, so that will be good times. Since it’s a little too hot to go bake in the sun at a skatepark, we are going to do some dh and freeriding. So I will let you all know how it goes.
I really hope all is well for everyone, and Enjoy the Hollidays. Someday you may not be home to enjoy them like you do now. So take it in! Have an Awesome Day!!!

Hey Everybody!
How was your Thanksgiving? No turkey for me this year. I’ll just be cooking like one.
It is soo hot and humid here. I hope all is well with everyone.
Sorry it has been soo long. We have been moving to a new house with Micks family, and between not having internet set up, and being on the road, it’s been hard to stay in touch with every one.
It’s about 1pm here, so it is about 10pm there. I talked to my family today, and that was nice. My littel 2 year old nephew, Gage, was really excited when he talked to me because he was holding a kitty. Then he screamed in the phone and dropped it because kitty ran away. That was probably the highlight of the morning. It was pretty funny.
Any huh………..guess you had to there.
So I will pick up where I left off!
The dirt bike session went well. It took of f with a bang. Litterally. I wrecked in a rutty puddle of mud. It was pretty funny. Then I drowned the bike in a creek. I freaked out and pretty much herulesed the bike out because I thought there were crocks in this water. Yahhhhhh, they all had a good laugh at my ignorance.
So the day was fun!
We have visited a Juvi center, and that was really cool. Just to give kids a better idea at life was awesome. The only thing that sucked, is that when we showed them a video of mt. biking, we had to quickly shut it off due to graffic music and such. Man, when is the industry film makers going to step it up, and get real. Just seeing all these young kids in prison because of lack of people caring and sharing better things, and giving them a hope and future was pretty sad to see, but it was soo good to try and share something better for them. Like riding a bike. Then the crap in the videos just killed it. It’s not all the producers, but you know who you are if you can’t even show your video to a group of kids. We ride bikes, let’s keep with bikes.
The video could have inspired something new, intsead it just took them back to all the crap they are in trouble for.
Ok, I’m done. Sorry about the rant guys. I’m just fed up with loosing opportunity in those areas.
Cairns is a very awesome place! It’s HOT, but awesome!!!
Tracy Hannah and I have been working out everyday, and that’s been a good time.
Micks best friend Kirk is in town, and we are hanging out, and Kirk falling asleep in the sun. Bad thing to do. He is fried. But he has good humor about it.
We went out to a reef the other day, and Tracy and I snorkled, and Mick and the boys speerfished. They got some HUGE fish, and also attracted som HUGE sharks. Tracy and I got back in the boat after Mick spotted the 8 foot shark swimming under his freshly speered fish.
EXCITING!!! That’s for sure.
For Micks Birthday, I bought him a whole set up for spear fishing. So I may just have to give it a go sometime. Should be pretty cool!
There are a lot of good DH runs here, and Dirt Jump spots too. It’s just a little hot at the moment to ride all day.
Almost forgot the best news. I am signing with Fisher for the second year. THANKS GUYS!!!
Well, that’s it for now. But stay tuned for more excitement next time! CHEERS!!!

Hey folks!!!
I hope all is well for you?!
I am finally in Australia with Mick and his Family!
We spent a few days in Sydney for a mtx race, which went really well. Mick placed 5th. The course was really really cool, and there were 200 riders. It took all day long to get through the event. The only thing was that they allowed bmxers to race, so of course, they took the cake home. Oh well, mtbs put up a fight for it!
We are now in his home town Cairns. It is really hot and humid here. His family is really cool!!! Micks dad, David, and Tracy, Mick and I are going moto riding this weekend, so that will be awesome!!! We are going to go watch a motard race.
Next week, we head to a camp somewhere down under to teach some kids how to ride.
Not sure what happens after that, but I will keep you posted. Thanks for checkin out the site, and I hope you have a wonderful day!!! I know I will unitl next time!!!
